Our mission is simple and unwavering: Improving Lives with Precision Diagnostics ® We are seeking a Technical Account Manager for the Northeast (CT, ME, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VT) to conduct strategic and tactical sales activities to expand adoption of Invivoscribe’s molecular diagnostic products and clinical testing services across academic medical centers, hospital molecular pathology labs, and hematology/oncology practices in the assigned territory. The Technical Account Manager serves as the scientific and commercial interface between laboratory and clinical stakeholders, driving adoption of standardized diagnostic assays and LabPMM testing services. Headquartered in San Diego, with operations across North America, Europe, and Asia, Invivoscribe develops and manufactures a comprehensive portfolio of molecular and flow cytometry assays, reagents, controls, and bioinformatics tools under ISO 13485 design control. Requirements

  • Experience selling molecular diagnostic products or testing services into healthcare, diagnostics, and life sciences.
  • Experience working with molecular pathology or hematology laboratories.
  • Strong background in molecular diagnostics, oncology diagnostics, or NGS-based testing.
  • Established relationships within academic or hospital laboratories in the Northeast.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and manage a full sales cycle.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences or related field and 4+ years of experience in Oncology or Molecular Diagnostics sales or business development.
  • Must reside within the Northeast territory.

Nice To Haves

  • A PhD and 2+ years of relevant experience is advantageous.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth for Invivoscribe’s molecular diagnostic reagents and clinical testing services.
  • Engage molecular pathology labs, hematology/oncology physicians, and academic centers.
  • Support validation and implementation of advanced diagnostic assays.
  • Build strategic relationships with key laboratories and clinical leaders.
  • Collaborate with Field Application Scientists, Regulatory, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
  • Represent Invivoscribe at scientific meetings and industry conferences.
