About the Role We are looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support our existing Managed Services clients and take an active role in growing our Managed Services department. Our TAM will bring a foundation of technical knowledge and understanding to the role to serve as a liaison between our current or prospective clients and our engineers. Our TAM will excel at building professional relationships based on trust. The TAM will understand our current or prospective client’s most complex challenges and take an active role in solutioning. Our TAM will ensure that we consistently deliver excellence.
