This is a hands-on, client-facing role that bridges the gap between business objectives, operational needs, and technical execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a professional presence suitable for executive-level client interactions. This role requires proactive leadership across multiple locations, ensuring that ABM’s smart technologies, IoT platforms, and digital task management systems are implemented effectively and deliver measurable results. Reports directly to the Senior Technology Ops Manager and collaborating with field operations.
