REDLattice is seeking a seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to support fielded systems with our government customers, maintaining customer deployed network infrastructure (Linux servers, network services, VPNs, ESXi servers, security solutions, monitoring, etc.) and solving incredibly complex and satisfying technological challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a System Administrator in a mission critical environment
  • Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
  • Familiar with SQL/NoSQL queries
  • Experience with Linux/Unix systems
  • Some familiarity with networking protocols, firewalls
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work across time zones
  • Ability to work flexible/non-standard hours

Nice To Haves

  • Current US security clearance
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Prior experience in an intelligence collection mission
  • Deep understanding of IP and cellular networks with hands on experience in multi-layered and scalable systems
  • Familiar with troubleshooting techniques for a wide range of electronic communications components for cellular and digital systems to isolate and resolve faults
  • Excellent customer presentation skills and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for direct dealing with the customer, contractor partners, and sub-contractors

Responsibilities

  • Implement security policies on endpoints and servers by using the most advanced technology and solutions on the market
  • Perform basic software troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Serve as the main point of contact for unresolved problems
  • Install hardware and software including operating system patches
  • Responsible for providing computer hardware, software and network technical support to end-users remotely or on-site
  • Work directly with clients on new or existing issues, and when necessary, escalating to the relevant teams (bugs, feature requests, or other technical issues)
  • Maintaining a good working relationship with the other teams (Infrastructure, R&D, etc.)
