As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Simply.TV, you'll act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner for key clients, with a strong emphasis on sales acumen to drive customer success and revenue growth. While technical expertise can be developed through product training, this role demands proven sales skills, customer-centric mindset, and exceptional communication to help clients integrate, optimize, and scale with our data solutions at Simply.TV. You'll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams on client onboarding, proactive support, and long-term relationship management to maximize value and retention.
