Pendo's Technical Account Managers (TAMs) play a critical role in driving customer success by providing advanced technical and strategic guidance to help customers get the most value from Pendo's platform. Each TAM is assigned a book of business and partners with their customers to connect high-level business goals to the powerful solutions within Pendo. TAMs serve as trusted advisors—offering insights, identifying opportunities, and guiding customers toward impactful outcomes. They work cross-functionally with CSMs, Account Directors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of both near-term needs and long-term business goals, ultimately accelerating customer ROI and expansion.
