Requirements

• Prior experience in customer success, client support, or related roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with LegalTech concepts and drafting legal documents.

• Comfortable using modern web tools such as Google Docs and other productivity platforms.
• Analytical thinking with a proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents to meet client requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, guiding clients on service use, account management, and technical setups.
• Assist customers in configuring integrations and platform connections, ensuring smooth implementation and usability.
• Support sales efforts by providing information and guidance to leads through email and web chat.
• Draft and deliver client reports, ensuring clarity, correctness, and professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of organization, attention to detail, and responsiveness in all tasks.
