The Technology Operations Engineer I role will provide day-to-day support of our electronic trading and clearing applications. The ideal candidate will have the ability to monitor all customer facing environments and be responsible for efficiently triaging incidents while adhering to strict guidelines and policies that have been put in place to reduce overall risk and impact.
