Job Summary The Operations Tech I will provide critical data and administrative support to field operations teams. This role focuses on maintaining accurate production and operational data, supporting reporting processes, and assisting supervisors with daily operational coordination.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s degree or higher (or equivalent experience)
- Prior oil & gas database experience
- Working knowledge of Peloton products (Wellview/Siteview), Oracle, Databasin, TOW, Spotfire
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry across multiple systems including SharePoint, Excel, Siteview, Wellview, TOW, Geoforce, eVIN, XSPOC, Ops Info, Vworks, Databasin, Oracle, PLEX, PASS, Power BI, and HSE applications
- Track and monitor production, workover, compression, maintenance, drilling, completion, and flowback data
- Submit partner reports and code/stamp invoices and field tickets
- Coordinate and order lease/well signage; maintain on-site paper well files
- Create basic presentations for meetings as needed
- Scribe and organize meetings for workgroups, subcommittees, and focus groups
- Assist with training and provide technical support as needed
- Support supervisors and management with various projects
- Provide backup support for other Operations Techs
