Are you passionate about technology and building strong client relationships? We’re looking for an IT Technical Engagement Lead (TEL) who will provide technical leadership, delivery oversight, and solution validation throughout the full SDLC. You will be partnering with internal Dev, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and on-time outcomes. The TEL operates as a hands-on technical lead and cross-functional liaison, not a people manager, guiding design and delivery efforts across multiple workstreams while maintaining alignment with the client’s roadmap and Carenet’s engineering standards.
