About The Position

Help financial institutions become stronger, more agile, and resilient in a time of unprecedented change. We partner with leading banks and insurers to industrialize FCC technology. As our Managing Consultant (Tech + AI), you connect strategy to build‑and‑run delivery: you design, validate and ship AI/ML‑enabled KYC and Transaction Monitoring capabilities-from concept to production-with model governance, data controls and evidence that stand up to audit. Location: The Netherlands, Amsterdam/Utrecht Hours: 32 / 36 / 40 per week Level: Medior / Senior professional Your Role in One Paragraph You thrive at the intersection of compliance, data and engineering. You translate FCC use cases into scalable architectures, steer experimentation, and take models and rules from PoC to production. You balance innovation with Model Risk Management and explainability, aligning Data/IT, Compliance and Operations so that AI delivers measurable business value-lower false positives, higher hit‑rate, faster case throughput.

Requirements

• Master's in a quantitative or relevant field; 4-7+ years in FCC tech or data consulting.
• Hands‑on with data engineering/analytics and familiarity with TM/KYC platforms; comfort with ML lifecycle, MRM, and XAI.
• Strong grasp of AML/CTF, Sanctions and privacy constraints; confident engaging with model validators and auditors.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; proactive and solution‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML‑enabled KYC/TM solutions (feature pipelines, rules/ML, calibration, drift/quality monitoring).
• Embed model governance (policies, testing, validation, explainability, documentation) and data controls.
• Integrate with screening, case management, QA/4‑eyes and MI/analytics for end‑to‑end effect.
• Partner with clients on tooling selection (e.g., TM, screening, KYT) and reference architectures.
• Mentor consultants and data scientists; cultivate a delivery culture focused on outcomes.
