YOUR ROLE As a Senior Consultant in our Financial Services team, you'll support the development and delivery of AI-driven strategies and solutions for leading financial institutions. You'll work alongside cross-functional teams to help clients unlock value through data and emerging technologies. In this role you will play a key role in:

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in data and AI in the financial services industry
Must possess experience in leveraging AI/GenAI and data to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and drive operational efficiency across the organization.
Exposure to AI, data strategy, or digital transformation projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate ideas clearly—visually and verbally
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Passion for innovation and emerging technologies
Travel is required per 50-75% dependent on client need.

Responsibilities

Support AI Strategy & Execution: Contribute to the design and implementation of generative AI use cases aligned with client goals and industry trends.
Deliver Projects: Collaborate on AI and data transformation initiatives, ensuring quality execution and measurable impact.
Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand business needs and help shape tailored solutions.
Team Contribution: Work closely with managers and senior leaders, contributing to project planning, analysis, and delivery.
Internal Contribution: Work with our Financial Services team to drive value internally through business development, people development, or other means.
Stay Current: Keep up with the latest in generative AI and financial services to inform your work and client recommendations.
