The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As TEBG Cross-Sell Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Collaborating with TEBG and cross‑BG teams to identify and shape cross‑sell pairings and groupings Using POS and other data sources to surface high‑value direct and indirect customer opportunities Managing cross‑sell pairings/groupings through all stages, from ideation through activation Working with Marketing Activation and Channel teams to develop activation plans for target accounts Partnering with Area teams to prioritize, localize, and replicate cross‑sell programs globally Building and managing a robust pipeline of cross‑sell opportunities and customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Five (5) years of experience in sales enablement, designing and delivering enterprise/global development programs in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

  • Master of Business Administration degree from an accredited institution
  • Strong experience working cross-functionally and coordinating with various stakeholders
  • Ability to break down high-level strategy into structured, actionable plans
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and adapt messaging to different audiences
  • Data analysis skills (Excel-based or other)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing projects

Responsibilities
