About The Position

Shift Times: 2:30pm-11:00pm Pay: $22.60 with $1.00 shift differential on 2nd shift. Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities: This position will work be out on the production floor 70% of the time. Works with Team Leaders and Team Members to monitor work in progress to assure conformance to productivity standards, standard yields, safe work procedures, HAACP, quality requirements, and food safety. Coaches and trains new/existing employees to ensure conformance to productivity standards, standard yields, safe work procedures and quality requirements. Completes new employee orientation. Completes paperwork and assists with records filing as necessary. Performs translation duties. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
