About The Position

The Team Supervisor oversees staff within an inter-disciplinary Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) team. This team provides care to consumers with Severe Mental Illness, including Depression, Anxiety, and PTSD. Supervisors are responsible for implementing all CCBHC requirements, core services, and activities, with a focus on care coordination to integrate mental health, addiction, and physical health needs. The team serves adult clients, aged 18 and older, diagnosed with severe mental illness, substance use disorder, or co-occurring disorders, delivering services both in the office and in the field. Family & Children’s Services aims to heal hurting and abused children, strengthen families, and offer hope and recovery paths for those facing mental illness and addiction. This role operates within an innovative and dynamic CCBHC model, which emphasizes a team-based, whole-person care approach for individuals with complex mental health and substance use challenges. Multi-disciplinary teams collaborate to enhance client recovery, leading to improved client outcomes and quality of care through increased access to crisis services, expanded mental health and substance use services, integrated care coordination and physical health screening, greater access to social services, and specialized services for veterans and those impacted by the opioid crisis.

Requirements

  • Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or under supervision for license
  • 3-5 years clinical experience
  • Possess a valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
  • Use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office

Responsibilities
