The Team Supervisor oversees staff within an inter-disciplinary Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) team. This team provides care to consumers primarily with Severe Mental Illnesses such as Depression, Anxiety, and PTSD. Supervisors are responsible for implementing all CCBHC requirements, core services, and activities, including care coordination to integrate mental health, addiction, and physical health needs. The team serves adult clients, aged 18 and older, diagnosed with severe mental illness, substance use disorder, or co-occurring disorders, offering a combination of office and/or field-based services. Family & Children’s Services aims to heal hurting and abused children, strengthen families, and provide hope and recovery for those battling mental illness and addiction. This role operates within an innovative and dynamic environment utilizing the transformative CCBHC model of care, which emphasizes a team-based approach and whole-person care for individuals with complex mental health and substance use challenges. Multi-disciplinary teams collaborate to enhance client recovery, leading to improved client outcomes and quality of care through increased access to care and crisis services, expanded community mental health and substance use services, added care coordination and physical health screening, greater access to social services, and specialized services for veterans and those impacted by the opioid crisis.
