FOX Factory designs, engineers, manufactures and markets performance-defining products and systems for customers worldwide. This position is responsible for identifying leads, educating prospects on products through calls, face to face meetings/presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support from beginning to end.

Requirements

  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, sales, business, or related field required.
  • Three to five years of related sales experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve customers by selling products.
  • Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs.
  • Identify and suggest products and services to meet those needs.
  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales.
  • Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by ongoing communication and relationship management.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
  • Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers.
  • Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
  • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
