Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role As a Team member, you will focus on providing exceptional customer service and focus sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products to existing customers! Your workday will also consist of, but not be limited to:
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.
- Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.
Responsibilities
- Educating our customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club
- Greet and exceed customer expectations through long-lasting first impressions.
- Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.
- Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.
- Understand and operate basic functional retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.)
- Pitch our membership when interacting with new customers.
- Learn the wash process and equipment to expand the knowledgebase.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
