Requirements

Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to team success
Available to work Fridays and Saturdays, with a minimum of 12 hours/week
Must be able to: Communicate effectively with guests and team members, including speaking and listening, in a fast-paced environment
Review and interpret information on monitors, digital screens, product packaging, and expiration labels
Lift up to 30 pounds, and move freely throughout kitchen, counter, and outdoor areas
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and professional appearance
Adapt to different roles as needed during a shift

Responsibilities

Create genuine, positive interactions with every guest
Deliver quick, accurate, and consistent service
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in all areas of the restaurant
Rotate through multiple positions including front-of-house, drive-thru, and kitchen
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols
Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Take initiative and ownership over your duties and guest interactions
Maintain alignment with Chick-fil-A Whitestown's brand, culture, and standards of excellence
Uphold our "I'm Third" philosophy: guests first, team second, self third
Abide by our Team Member Playbook and all internal policies
