Our internships are rooted in individual growth, professional development, business exposure and project ownership. Interns primarily spend their time focused on their assigned area of the business. Throughout the summer, intern program managers will host a variety of development focused activities to enhance professional development, provide exposure to all aspects of our business, and engagement events with fellow interns. Team Member Experience Intern Program Summary Duration: 11 weeks, Summer 2026 Dates: June 1st – August 14th Site Visits Weekly IKE Sessions (Information Knowledge Exchange) with Senior leadership Skills Workshops Weekly Coffee Chats Coffee with the CEO Final projects and presentations Engagement events Job Summary The Team Member Experience Intern will support key initiatives that enhance the efficiency, clarity, and usability of tools and processes used by our club teams. This role is ideal for a student who is curious, analytically minded, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to meaningful operational improvements.

Requirements

• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA (onsite Tuesday–Thursday).
• Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
• Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and shifting priorities.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills, even without formal authority.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn and master new programs, such as My Work platform.

Responsibilities

• Launch an analytics program to evaluate My Work task performance and usage.
• Identify and develop continuous improvement opportunities to strengthen club enablement and task management processes.
• Create and update training materials and video content for Clubs and Creators, in partnership with HR/Talent teams.
• Test and support feature enhancements for My Work by working within the pre‑production environment.
