About The Position

The Team Leader is responsible for assisting with day-to-day team leading, training, and coaching while consistently upholding company values, policies, culture, and brand standards. This role requires adherence to company principles, values, and policies to deliver high levels of customer service. Team Leaders are eligible for cash and digital tips.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons
  • Willingness to work 40 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, step to perform job duties
  • Ability to carry up to 40 pounds short distances
  • Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Related management experience

Responsibilities

  • Ensure company policies and safety procedures are adhered to in carrying out given tasks daily
  • Assist with the coaching, training, and development of new and existing staff
  • Ensure the right thing is done at all times for customers and fellow teammates
  • Lead the team in absence of the Site Leader & Assistant Site Leader
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Follow all procedural, operational, and safety guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and safe site at all times (tunnel, equipment, lot, lobby, restrooms)
  • Ensure all equipment and mechanicals are working to their optimum capability
  • Inform Leadership of equipment or mechanical issues immediately
  • Drive sales, memberships, loyalty programs
  • Respond to/relieve congested areas due to fluctuations in business flow
  • Maintain overall site appearance/equipment /Brand Standards
  • Perform landscaping, weed control and lot maintenance
  • Perform any other duties directed by leadership
  • Ensure Safety Adherence
  • Manage Team Presentation
  • Complete Daily Reporting
  • Conduct Process Training
  • Lead RolePlay sessions
  • Act as a Task Leader
  • Receive packages
  • Complete Daily Cleaning Checklist
  • Handle Incident Claim Initial Contact
  • Perform Tier 1 Mechanical Solutions
