The role As a Stock Team Lead, you coordinate the execution of operational processes while ensuring compliance with productivity, quality, and safety objectives. You are responsible for leading a team of warehouse associates to ensure efficient and safe execution aligned with company standards.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in e-commerce or in a fast-paced operational work environment.
  • College diploma in logistics, operations management, or equivalent work experience.
  • Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel and comfort with technological tools.
  • Strong team leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and demonstrated autonomy.
  • Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assign daily tasks to the team based on operational objectives and weekly priorities.
  • Lead daily shift start meetings to verify attendance, assign tools, and communicate performance goals.
  • Monitor the execution of standard operating procedures and inventory placement policies (FIFO).
  • Oversee compliance with assigned KPIs, including units per hour and service level agreements.
  • Verify the correct use of equipment and operational support systems such as WMS and scanners.
  • Prepare and distribute shift reports detailing resource usage, results achieved, and operational difficulties.
  • Identify performance improvement opportunities and provide coaching to team members to ensure high performance.
  • Ensure team compliance with occupational health and safety standards and report any incidents or hazards.
  • Actively participate in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives like LEAN and 5S.
  • Contribute to pilot projects and the rollout of new processes within the department.
