About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Team Leader for our Non-Technical Lab and Outreach Services team. This leadership role is essential in continuing our tradition of excellence and enhancing our service delivery. The Team Leader - Non-Technical Lab will oversee the daily operations of the lab's non-technical functions, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently. In addition to providing leadership, this role will serve as a liaison between the lab sections and external customers, coordinating the shipping and handling of all relevant samples.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance for the non-technical lab team, ensuring quality service and high performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications regarding lab services.
- Coordinate shipping and handling of samples with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with lab protocols, regulations, and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with other lab teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for professional growth and development.
