The Team Leader – Mail Center provides hands‑on, frontline leadership for daily mail and package operations across the Kohler campus, ensuring safe, timely, and accurate service that meets Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) standards. Working side by side with the team, this role sets daily priorities, allocates work, supports employee development, and models strong performance, safety, and customer service expectations. The Team Leader partners with supervision on hiring, training, feedback, and engagement while also managing administrative and financial responsibilities such as invoice reconciliation, purchase orders, and budget controls. This position interacts closely with internal customers and service providers, supports continuous improvement through standard work and problem‑solving, and is well suited for a hands-on leader with operations or logistics experience who wants to make a visible, day‑to-day impact.
