As a Team Leader, Distribution at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a key role in driving excellence in warehouse operations while supporting our global mission to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. Leading a team within our distribution facilities, you will ensure the efficient, accurate, and compliant handling of critical materials that power scientific discovery. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining direct participation in daily warehouse operations with team leadership and continuous process improvement. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and service while developing your team and optimizing performance. You will coordinate daily warehouse activities, develop team capabilities, and drive operational improvements using Lean principles and our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) framework. Working cross-functionally, you will help ensure seamless operations while maintaining strict compliance with cGMP, safety, and quality standards.
