Team Lead – Warehouse Packing (3rd Shift)
About The Position
As the Packing House 3rd Shift Leader, you will lead and oversee daily warehouse operations for some of the most unique and exciting specialty produce in the region. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring productivity metrics are achieved (cases or units per hour), maintaining food safety standards, and keeping your team on track in a high-energy warehouse environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and love leading people, this could be your next great opportunity! This position requires on-site work at our warehouse facility.

Responsibilities
- Managing team size and monitoring productivity to control labor hours
- Communicating the daily operational plan and holding team members accountable
- Verifying Quality Control Specialists' findings and making adjustments as needed
- Scheduling routine machine cleanings and maintenance during shifts
- Reporting hours to temp agencies and the Director of Production
- Coordinating with other Shift Supervisors and Team Leads to ensure continuity across shifts
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift
