Team Leaders (TL) effectively lead and engage all team members in achieving established business goals and improving productivity. TLs provide supervision and guidance to the operators to ensure that their teams are performing at the highest level of quality and in the most efficient manner possible. TLs are responsible for conducting standardized work observations with operators on a regular basis and assisting in the preparation of standardized work documents. The main task of TLs is to identify deviations in their working area and to continuously solve problems in a structured way.
