Summary of the Position: The Team Lead – National Deposit Services Operations is responsible for leading day-to-day operational support for National Deposit and Family Office front-office teams. This role serves as a critical partner to National Deposit Sales, Private Bank, and Treasury Management by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant onboarding, servicing, and maintenance of complex deposit relationships. The Team Lead provides hands-on leadership to an operational team supporting high-balance, relationship-driven deposit clients, including broker-dealers, asset and fund managers, financial services firms, and family offices. The role ensures strong execution across client onboarding, account maintenance, documentation, and ongoing servicing, while promoting consistency, risk awareness, and operational excellence.
