About The Position

Intensive In-Home (IIH) Therapist – Concord, NC Turning Point Family Services is seeking a provisionally or fully licensed professional (LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT) to join our new Concord IIH team. For over 23 years, we’ve provided mental health services across Iredell, Cabarrus, and Mecklenburg counties. Our mission is to deliver compassionate care, inspire hope, and empower families. Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Licensure: Fully or provisionally licensed in NC
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience with the population served
• Skills: Strong communication, empathy, ethical practice, and clinical expertise
• Travel: Home and community-based visits required; valid driver’s license and insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy
• Coordinate assessments and treatment planning
• Offer clinical expertise and direction for interventions
• Supervise IIH team members and monitor performance
• Conduct therapy, assessments, and treatment planning
• Supervise IIH team members and facilitate weekly meetings
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and documentation
• Manage productivity and monitor overall team performance
