is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Informatics &
Information Services leadership team in the role of Team Lead-Information
Services.
This is a Direct Hire, full-time hybrid from most IU Health
Facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Requires knowledge in business or clinical applications and supporting technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day functions within a team and provides advice and guidance as necessary, pertaining to laboratory equipment and laboratory applications such as Roche, Sysmex and/or Data Innovations.
• Conducts training sessions with employees so they feel equipped with new knowledge and skills to remain current.
• Utilizes expertise to assist in dispersing assignments and reviews assignments for accuracy and quality.
• Develop strategies for the team to utilize to reach goals.
