Team Lead – Distribution Center Lead the Way in Warehouse Excellence – Join Our Distribution Center Team! Position Summary: Join our growing distribution team as a Team Lead, where you’ll play a key role in driving daily warehouse operations and ensuring efficiency across all logistics functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced logistics environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations, ideally 5+ years in a related function with at least 2–4 years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
  • Strong understanding of shipping/receiving, inventory management, and material handling systems.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in process improvement, problem-solving, and operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and experience using WMS or ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Associate’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations within the distribution center, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate schedules and priorities to maintain steady workflow and ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Audit and verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain accountabilities for all materials, supplies, and warehouse inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and optimize warehouse space utilization.
  • Provide hands-on training, coaching, and performance feedback to warehouse associates.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for operations updates, problem-solving, and communication between shifts or departments.
  • Assist in maintaining warehouse equipment and ensuring the facility operates safely and efficiently.

  • The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $47,300.00 - $75,700.00 per year.
