This role is responsible for ensuring reliability, scalability, and predictability of the platform in production, while acting as a direct technical advisor to customers during deployments, escalations, and ongoing operations. This is a hands-on technical leadership role that blends systems reliability, observability, and customer-facing engagement . The Team Lead will build and guide a small, senior Customer Engineering team focused on making the existing product function reliably in real-world customer environments and ensuring customers clearly understand what is happening, why, and what comes next. The role sits at the intersection of Engineering, Product, and customers, with accountability for both technical outcomes and customer confidence .
