What You Get To Do Job Summary : Ensure that team members follow processes and instructions accordingly to implement assigned projects successfully. Success is measured based on project quality, duration, and costs. Implement projects and take on the role of direct reports on certain projects. Recruit new, adequate, team members based on budget and headcount guidelines of senior management. Essential Functions and Responsibilities : Utilize subject matter expertise and lead functional interviews to screen candidates for technical skills Continuously support and develop team members by identifying team members' potential, encouraging them to improve their technical knowledge and skills and teaching them how to actively solve problems on their own Manage tasks and responsibilities within their team and projects Review planning documents Select and assign team members based on skill set and project needs to optimize project success. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Internal transfers must be a Level II engineer at Knapp to be considered
