About The Position
The Team Lead for the Clinical Social Work is responsible for the day-to-day activities and oversight of the inpatient and outpatient Social Work team at CT Children’s. The Team Lead, under the guidance and support of the Clinical Manager, will provide leadership and direction around scheduling, clinical supervision and onsite daily operations, while looking strategically at how workflow and process improvement can optimize and improve the role of Social Work and patient/family care through the institution. Responsibilities
