Rheinmetall 4iG Digital Services (R4) is a joint venture between Rheinmetall, a globally leading supplier of defence and automotive products, and 4iG, Hungary's leading IT systems integrator. R4 has been founded end of 2022 with its headquarters in Budapest and the initial mission to provide project- and operations-related IT services to Rheinmetall's local subsidiaries in Hungary and worldwide. Based on business requirements and opportunities, R4 plans to progressively expand the scope of its services for internal and external customers alike. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, IT or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in one or more of the following areas in an IT or consulting environment: Service Management GTM execution / business development Business operations / service delivery leadership
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience (team lead, chapter lead, practice lead or similar).
  • Deep understanding of ITIL / Service Management frameworks and their practical application.
  • Proven experience in GTM execution and turning strategy into implementation.
  • Strong commercial mindset and focus on business value creation.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and supporting cultural / organizational change.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership and international counterparts.
  • Ability to think in systems and end-to-end processes, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent, business-level English and German (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of the IT services Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy on foreign / international markets, turning strategic goals into measurable customer value and business growth.
  • Translate GTM strategy into concrete operational action plans and measurable targets (OKRs / KPIs).
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to align market positioning, service offerings and operational readiness.
  • Identify, assess and prioritize target markets, key customers and strategic partnership opportunities on international markets.
  • Own GTM performance tracking: define and monitor KPIs, ensure regular reporting and continuous feedback to the relevant teams, and initiate corrective actions when needed.
  • Ensure effective communication and information flow between senior management and operational stakeholders to maintain a consistent GTM operating rhythm.
  • Lead and steer your team consisting of IT professionals (SDMs, Account Managers, Offering Mangers, Business Developers, etc.), ensuring high-quality service delivery and strong strategic focus.
  • Contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the service portfolio so that services are aligned with customer needs and GTM objectives.
  • Provide professional support and mentoring to team members in stakeholder management and value communication.
  • Strengthen and coordinate collaboration between Business Enablement and delivery units to improve customer success and service quality.
  • Oversee the development and optimization of service frameworks (e.g. service catalogue, KPI dashboards, reporting), ensuring transparency and efficiency of operations.
  • Support organizational initiatives that increase business agility and process maturity, proposing development directions and driving implementation.
  • Partner with process architecture and transformation functions, overseeing the identification and elimination of inefficient elements in the operating model.
