Are you an ASW, AMFT, or APCC in Orange County who's nearly licensed - around 2,500 clinical hours in and eager to take the next step? This is a great fit for someone who: Is close to licensure and eager to gain hands-on supervisory experience Prefers community-based, fieldwork over traditional office-based therapy Enjoys collaborative, autonomous, and creative problem-solving Seeks a long-term clinical leadership career path within behavioral health About Telecare's Orange County AOT Program The AOT (Assisted Outpatient Treatment) program provides intensive, community-based outreach and engagement services to adults experiencing severe mental illness who are reluctant to participate in treatment. Working in partnership with Orange County Behavioral Health and the courts under Laura's Law, AOT clinicians build trust, foster engagement, and connect clients to recovery-focused services that improve safety, health, and quality of life. You'll be part of a compassionate, field-based team that believes recovery is possible for everyone - and works tirelessly to make it real. Requirements
- Active ASW, AMFT, or APCC registration with the CA BBS
- Master's degree in a behavioral science field
- 1 year of supervisory experience (or completion of Telecare's supervisor training within 6 months)
- Valid CA driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
