In this role, you will be responsible for the health and expansion of our Growth Advertiser pipeline. This is a pivotal opportunity to act as a strategic architect for the Small & Medium Business segment: driving meaningful revenue, defining best-quality standards, and shaping the future of this rapidly expanding arm of Taboola’s global business. To thrive in this role, you’ll need: Performance Expertise: 3+ years in Digital Media Account Management. You have a documented history of scaling performance-based advertisers and navigating the agency landscape. Leadership Foundation: Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team of Account Managers. You prioritize professional development, coaching, and elevating the standard of client relationship management. Revenue Architecture: Expert in post-sale growth. You don't just manage accounts; you expand them by identifying untapped revenue levers and pitching senior-level stakeholders. Data Storytelling: You translate complex metrics into clear, actionable narratives. You can uncover the "why" behind the numbers and, more importantly, you can teach your team to do the same.
