About The Position

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced commercial professional responsible for driving revenue growth across an established portfolio of customers while identifying new opportunities to expand long-term partnerships. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening client performance, improving commercial outcomes, and supporting wider business growth initiatives. This position requires strong knowledge of the online gaming sector, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Previous experience managing strategic customer relationships within a commercial or gaming-related environment, combined with proven leadership skills, is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of Partner Managers, ensuring revenue objectives are achieved and exceeded through clear planning, coaching, and performance tracking.
  • Take ownership of both individual and team commercial performance against agreed targets.
  • Analyse performance metrics, identify risks or shortfalls, and implement action plans to maintain delivery timelines and commercial goals.
  • Act as an ambassador for our client’s culture and ways of working across internal departments.
  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with partners, including complex agreements, ensuring favourable business outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members during negotiations while ensuring investments generate measurable returns.
  • Maintain strong commercial awareness by understanding partner business models and broader industry developments.
  • Set operational priorities for the team and oversee daily activities to ensure efficient execution.
  • Identify and drive strategic growth opportunities across operators, markets, and partner groups.
  • Support the team in evaluating and prioritising initiatives that contribute to long-term revenue growth.
  • Assist senior leadership through project coordination, team capability development, and alignment of departmental goals with company strategy.
  • Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams by sharing insights that contribute to product and commercial development decisions.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key partners, including major accounts and executive stakeholders.
  • Strengthen collaboration across partner organisations, particularly with marketing, commercial, and product teams.
  • Facilitate regular strategic business reviews with partners to evaluate performance and project outcomes.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, support professional development, and contribute to building a high-performing team environment.
