About The Position
The Smeal College of Business, Management & Organization Department is seeking applicants for a part-time teaching assistant (TA) for MGMT 481, Global Strategic Management, for the spring 2026 semester. Job duties to include: Assist with grading assignments, including entering scores and feedback into a rubric based on the assignment criteria Perform technical and administrative tasks as needed (e.g., uploading materials to the course Canvas platform, compiling peer feedback into reports, assembling materials for class activities) Provide input on class participation, as available Additional teaching-related tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Prior completion of MGMT 481
- Must be available to work weekends
- Willingness to learn Qualtrics
Responsibilities
