About The Position
The Management & Organization Department within the Smeal College of Business is seeking applicants for a part-time teaching assistant for Instructor Lenze's MGMT 497 course for the spring 2026 semester. Job duties to include: Assist MGMT 497 Faculty Member with course administration and related initiatives related to experiential learning within the College. This work includes but is not limited to: grading preparation of course materials providing feedback and mentoring to students development and implementation of survey instrument related to experiential learning assessment preparing an assessment report based on the survey results

- Must have taken MGMT 497 and earned a grade of A
