About The Position
We are presently accepting applications for the following position. This position requires proper N.J. Certification. TEACHER OF CULINARY ARTS 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR (STARTING MAY 2026) FAIR LAWN HIGH SCHOOL
Requirements
- NJ Certification: Teacher of Culinary Arts (4128) or Teacher of Family and Consumer Sciences: Foods, Nutrition and Food Science (1707)
- Familiar with NJ Student Learning Standards
- Strong instructional background
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of curriculum modifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to perform physical work which required frequent bending and lifting
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a chef or in restaurant services, preferred
