Requirements

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree
  • must be eligible for employment in the US
  • pass a criminal background check
  • possess, or be willing to earn, a California teaching credential
  • have two current professional references on file, including one from a previous supervisor
  • need to disclose every California school district, County Office of Education, charter school or state special school that they have worked for to satisfy AB2534 requirements
