Why CoorsTek? | Benefits & Incentives Additional $2.50/hour shift differential for swing and graveyard shifts 401(k) with 100% company match up to 6% (no vesting period) Health insurance starting in less than 30 days 6 weeks paid parental leave 2 weeks PTO in year 1, 3 weeks in year 2, increasing with tenure 10 paid holidays annually Annual bonus program and regular merit increases $300 annual wellness reimbursement Temperature-controlled machining environment All tools provided by CoorsTek Mental health support and Marketplace Chaplains Family Assistance Program for financial hardships Ongoing training and employee development Strong culture of internal promotion and advancement What You May Work On Depending on the role, team members at CoorsTek may: Operate advanced manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality components Inspect parts to ensure they meet strict quality and customer specifications Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other precision instruments Transfer and track production through manufacturing systems Load, unload, and move materials using hand-trucks, forklifts, cranes, or hoists Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Collaborate with team members across production, maintenance, and quality teams Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) What We Look For We welcome candidates who are: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a TCAT or similar technical training program Interested in hands-on manufacturing careers Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and technical processes Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Able to read measurements and follow written or verbal instructions Motivated to learn and grow within an advanced manufacturing environment Team-oriented and able to work with people from diverse backgrounds Experience in manufacturing, machining, maintenance, or technical trades is helpful but not always required. Requirements

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a TCAT or similar technical training program
Interested in hands-on manufacturing careers
Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and technical processes
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Able to read measurements and follow written or verbal instructions
