Weaver’s Tax Services team is seeking a new Administrative Assistant to join their expanding team. The Tax Services Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the tax department. This professional will be responsible for typing correspondence, formatting and generating reports, filing, and assembling and processing deliverables. They will also handle the day-to-day operations of their office, including, but not limited to, distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, printing, performing budgeting and finance duties, and submitting invoices. The Administrative Assistant will interact with clients via telephone and in person. Therefore, we require professionalism in presentation and communication. We are seeking a team player who is organized and has a high attention to detail. This opportunity offers professional growth and a warm culture. This position requires an in-office schedule, and seasonal overtime may be required. Executive administrative experience is highly desirable.
