An Administrative Services Assistant with the Oldham Goodwin Group Development Services department is responsible for various administrative tasks as well as providing direct support to the Administrative Manager of Development Services. The position requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills as well as the ability to work in a fast paced, multi-disciplinary, team environment. The Administrative Services Assistant will provide organizational and administrative support, process payables, monitor calendars/prepare agendas and meeting minutes, track ongoing task lists, assist with project activities, ensure that all departmental policies and procedures are being followed across all projects, and will also assist in the development and tracking of detailed development project budgets The Administrative Services Assistant is involved from the creation of the project scope through the completion of construction and project closeout procedures. The projects may be new developments, construction of new facilities on existing tracts, or renovations of existing properties. The Administrative Services Assistant will assist with duties including but not limited to: review and preparation of contracts for both design and construction, review pay applications and track ongoing project costs, prepare lender draw requests, monitor lien releases, monitor insurance requirements, track project status, and monitor project correspondence.
