Essential Job Functions Draft, format, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and engagement letters Maintain and update document templates and repositories Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including logistics, catering, and A/V needs Serve as a point of contact for client and internal inquiries and provide backup support when staff are out of the office Manage Partner calendars, ensuring accurate scheduling and preventing overâbooking Assist with processing and tracking client tax returns and extensions Support electronic filing processes and input status updates into firm systems Prepare expense reports, travel arrangements, conference registrations, and related logistics Assist with new client and new engagement request documentation Provide administrative support including database entry, scanning, copying, and report preparation Collaborate with other administrative professionals to deliver seamless client service Support firm initiatives and provide backup support for office operations as needed Secondary Responsibilities Demonstrate strong organizational and problemâsolving skills Communicate professionally and offer strategic solutions to organizational needs Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned Occasionally lift and transport packages up to 25 lbs. using appropriate equipment
