At Guardian Tax, you’ll work directly with inbound callers already looking for help with IRS and tax debt issues. No chasing, no cold calls — just real conversations with people who need solutions. If you’re confident on the phone, know how to control a conversation, and close consistently, this is where you can take your earnings to the next level.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of phone sales experience required
- Proven ability to close deals over the phone
- Strong objection handling and communication skills
- Competitive, results-driven mindset
- Coachable and consistent in performance
Responsibilities
- Handle 100% inbound calls with high-intent prospects actively looking for help
- Identify needs, position solutions, and guide the call to a close
- Build trust quickly through strong communication and confidence
- Follow a structured consult → close process
- Hit and exceed performance targets tied directly to income
