About The Position

At Guardian Tax, you’ll work directly with inbound callers already looking for help with IRS and tax debt issues. No chasing, no cold calls — just real conversations with people who need solutions. If you’re confident on the phone, know how to control a conversation, and close consistently, this is where you can take your earnings to the next level. What You’ll Be Doing Handle 100% inbound calls with high-intent prospects actively looking for help Identify needs, position solutions, and guide the call to a close Build trust quickly through strong communication and confidence Follow a structured consult → close process Hit and exceed performance targets tied directly to income What You’ll Earn Paid training + 15% commission on every deal Daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses Top performers earn $10K–$15K+ per month Inbound leads only — no cold calling Recession-resistant industry with consistent demand Clear path to leadership for top producers High-energy, competitive office environment Ongoing coaching to sharpen skills and increase earnings What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of phone sales experience required Proven ability to close deals over the phone Strong objection handling and communication skills Competitive, results-driven mindset Coachable and consistent in performance Relevant sales backgrounds include: Call center sales (inbound or outbound) Mortgage or refinance sales Debt settlement or credit repair Tax relief sales Financial services sales Role Details Location: Chandler, AZ (in-office) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM + occasional half-day Saturdays Compensation: Paid training + commission + bonuses Benefits: Health, dental, and vision after 90 days Why This Role Stands Out You’re not chasing leads — you’re closing people who already raised their hand for help.
