Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Excel and general computer applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Pay annual property taxes on rental homes
- File business personally property returns annually
- Provide rent rolls and follow up with necessary communication
- Track and pay Business Licenses as needed
- Renew Dealer License as needed
