About The Position

They are seeking a Tax Admin / Junior Tax Associate to support their Tax and Accounting department. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced candidate who is comfortable handling tax return preparation and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant tax preparation experience
• Experience preparing individual tax returns
• Experience with tax software
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated sense of urgency, reliability, and accountability
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience preparing business returns
• Experience with tax software (Lacerte, ProSeries, UltraTax, or similar)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist with individual and business tax returns
• Organize and manage tax documents and client information
• Assist with tax return filing and e-file processes
• Deliver excellent client communication, proactively following up on missing information, documentation, and tax-related inquiries
• Maintain tax workflow and tracking systems
• Provide general administrative support to the Tax & Accounting team
• Support tax planning and client initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
